VACEP is the voice of emergency medicine in Virginia representing more than 670 emergency physicians in different settings AND from community and academic practice throughout Virginia plus emergency medicine residents and medical students from all the training programs in Virginia.
Over 100 Emergency Physicians along with approx. 25 emergency medicine residents attend.
Emergency physicians are the only doctors standing by 24/7 who will see any patient, any time for any condition.
Serving members since 1970, the Chapter's Board of Directors rely on member input to develop and guide the activities of VACEP. All members are encouraged to attend the conference for current CME topics, visit the exhibits, share concerns, debate, develop and implement solutions to current problems.
